2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by STRATO. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed in server log files, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser/device information and server status. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific retention period depends on the STRATO configuration selected for live hosting.
3. Contact
If you contact us by form or email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual or contractual communication is concerned, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
4. Appointment booking
When you book an appointment, we process in particular your name, email address, optionally company and telephone number, preferred appointment and the information you provide about the subject of the meeting. The data is stored in our system and processed by email for scheduling, confirmation and preparation of the meeting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Software Health Check and risk checklists
Answering and evaluating the Software Health Check initially takes place in your browser. If you subsequently request the result by email, the contact and company data you entered as well as the result are transmitted to DÜCHTING.SYSTEMS, stored in the CRM and processed to deliver the result. Personal follow-up takes place only if you additionally request it. The legal basis for the requested evaluation is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; any additional contact is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
6. Email delivery
The DÜCHTING.SYSTEMS email infrastructure is used for form responses, Health Check results and appointment confirmations. The information required for delivery, in particular name, email address and message content, is processed.
7. Local storage in your browser
At your request, contact details can be stored locally on your device so that forms can be pre-filled automatically. This function is voluntary. The information is stored in your browser's Local Storage and can be removed again using the corresponding delete function. The selected display mode of the website may also be stored locally. This local storage by itself does not transmit data to DÜCHTING.SYSTEMS.
8. Cookies, analytics and marketing
In the current version of this website, no marketing or tracking services from Google, Meta or comparable providers are integrated. No non-essential tracking cookies are therefore currently set for advertising or analytics purposes. If analytics, marketing or external embedding services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be obtained before activation.
9. Recipients
Personal data is made available only to the parties and technical service providers that require it for hosting, email communication, appointment organization and handling your enquiry. Data is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
10. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
